The Whitchurch Cricket Club Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 8 February at 6.00pm, at The White Hart.

The AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the past year — what we’ve achieved, key highlights, and the usual updates on club finances and membership. This year is particularly special, as the club celebrates its 250th Anniversary, a remarkable milestone in our history. Planning is already underway to mark the occasion, and we’ll be sharing an update on progress during the meeting.

As part of the anniversary celebrations, we are keen to involve as many members as possible. Any support would be hugely appreciated — whether that’s helping out for a couple of hours at an event or getting more involved in the planning and organisation. If you’d like to contribute in any capacity, please do let us know.

All current Committee members are happy to stand again; however, we do have several vacant non-committee roles that we are keen to fill. If you are interested in applying for any of the roles outlined in the attached document, we would encourage you to put yourself forward.

Details on how to apply can be found at the end of the document, with a deadline of 1st February. Should there be multiple applications for any role, a vote will be held among those attending the AGM.

With our 250th year ahead of us, this promises to be an exciting and rewarding time to get involved with the club.
