For attention of all Club Members.

As part of the development of the Club, it was agreed at the most recent AGM (10th November 2024) that the club would seek to become a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC).

This transition necessitates the Club Constitution be updated - so as to satisfy the requirements of being a CASC. The new constitution can be found here.

In line with the current constitution, we will hold an (online) extraordinary general meeting (EGM) at 20:00 on Sunday 20th July to vote on adopting the new constitution.

The new constitution will be adopted as long as no less than two thirds of those attending the meeting agree. Any objections or proposed amendments should be put in writing, prior to the EGM, and emailed to the Club Secretary at wcc200yrs@outlook.com.
