As was announced, discussed and agreed at the 2024 AGM, the club has embarked upon a process of becoming a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC).

Becoming a CASC will provide numerous benefits to the club and allow us to enjoy greater support from governing bodies and grant bodies.

As part of this process Whitchurch Cricket Club is first becoming a Company Limited by Guarantee. This requires us to create Articles of Association for the new company. These draft articles are now open for consultation with the club members for a period of 21 days.
